Clearance Sale Terms & Conditions

​1. Eligibility

This clearance pricing ONLY applies to:
Victoria customers who:

  • Pick up from our Thomastown warehouse OR

  • Are within a 200km radius of Thomastown for local delivery.

Interstate orders require a $250 handling fee + freight costs (see Section 3).

2. Pickup Terms

  • Location: Greenhouse & Polytunnels, 15 Apex Court, Thomastown VIC 3074.

  • Scheduling: Contact us at 0418 438 774 to book a pickup time.

  • Verification: Bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID.

  • Timeframe: Items must be collected within 28 days of purchase.

3. Interstate Delivery

  • Fee: $250 handling fee applies to all interstate orders.

  • Reason: Clearance items require:

    • Custom cutting (1+ day labor).

    • Specialised packaging to prevent damage.

  • Freight Costs: Calculated at checkout based on location.

  • Lead Time: Allow 5-7 extra business days for processing.

4. General Conditions

  • No returns/exchanges on clearance items (all sales final).

  • Damaged in transit? Contact us within 24 hours with photos.

  • Uncollected orders: Items not picked up within 28 days will be restocked and refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

Mid-Season Sale – Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Mid-Season Sale:

  1. Sale Duration:
    The promotion runs from 11 April 2025 to 30 April 2025, inclusive. No extensions will be granted beyond this period.
     

  2. Discount Offer:
    Customers will receive 10% off all eligible products listed on our website. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
     

  3. Exclusions:
    The following items and services are excluded from the discount:
     – Delivery fees
     – Repair services
     – Installation services
     

  4. Product Eligibility:
    The discount applies to:
     – Greenhouses and polytunnels
     – Shade cloths and greenhouse covers
     – Accessories such as weed mats and support kits
     

  5. GST Notice:
    Prices listed on the website exclude GST. GST is calculated and added at checkout. Final totals will reflect the added tax.
     

  6. No Rainchecks:
    The offer is only valid during the promotional period. We do not offer rainchecks or extend the sale to orders placed outside the listed dates.
