From polytunnels and shade houses to netting, covers and garden supplies — we deliver Australia-wide. Smaller items ship via Australia Post; larger structures and bulky goods use specialist freight.
It depends on what you're ordering and where you're located. Some items need to arrive at our warehouse before we can dispatch them — this can take anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks depending on the product.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, smaller items shipped via Australia Post (up to 1m and 20kg) typically arrive within 3–10 business days. Bulky goods, covers and larger structures usually take 2–6 weeks via specialist freight. We'll provide an estimate after you order and keep you updated if anything changes.
We'll arrange delivery to the nearest accessible depot. You'll receive collection instructions.
Items over 1m in length or 20kg in weight cannot be sent via Australia Post and will ship via specialist freight instead. Some bulky or oversized items may have limited delivery areas. Bulky and oversized items cannot be delivered to a PO Box - please provide a physical street address for delivery. Contact us to confirm if you're unsure.
