4.3 Age Restrictions - Knives, Blades, Hooks, and Sickles

We sell various cutting tools including knives, blades, hooks, and sickles. In accordance with Australian law, we cannot sell these items to anyone under the age of 18. When purchasing these products, you may be required to provide proof of age. By placing an order for any knife, blade, hook, or sickle, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

6.5 Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on our website are for informational purposes only and are subject to change. While we strive to keep our pricing up to date in accordance with our suppliers' price lists, occasional variations may occur.

In the event of a price discrepancy, we will notify you of the updated price before processing your order. You will then have the option to:

• Proceed with the order at the revised price,
• Cancel the order and receive a full refund, or
• Request an alternative product within a similar price range (subject to availability).

6.6 Price Matching Policy

We are committed to offering our customers the best prices possible. If you find the exact same product advertised at a lower price elsewhere, we invite you to contact us and we will review the price match request.

Conditions for Price Matching:

• The competitor must be an Australian-based seller with a physical presence in Australia
• The product must be the exact same item with a matching SKU or model number
• The product must be in stock and available for purchase at the competitor
• The lower price must be publicly advertised and currently available (not a clearance, closeout, or discontinued item)
• Price matching excludes marketplace platforms including but not limited to Temu and Aliexpress
• Price matching requests must be made before purchase
• We reserve the right to verify the competitor's price and product details
• Standard terms and conditions apply to all price-matched purchases

7.1 Order Process

• Confirmed via email with specifications
• Site assessment may be required for installation
• Changes may incur additional charges
• Cancellation fees (25%) apply after production begins

7.2 Customer Verification

• We reserve the right to request verification of your Australian Business Number (ABN) and the nature of your business in Agriculture
• You may be required to provide documentation confirming your ABN and business activities
• Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation or delay

8.1 General Terms

• Delivery times are estimates (typically 2-6 weeks)
• Not liable for delays from weather, transport, or site conditions

8.2 Business Delivery

• Business delivery is available for commercial customers only
• If you select business delivery and your products are bulky, it is your responsibility to ensure you have appropriate equipment (including forklifts) to unload products from the delivery truck
• If you select business delivery and you are not a business, you risk your product not being delivered and may incur additional fees to retrieve your order
• Business delivery customers must provide a valid business address and contact information
• Additional fees may apply for failed delivery attempts due to lack of appropriate unloading equipment

8.3 Kit Delivery Specifications

Our tunnel kits are delivered in multiple boxes, with the number varying significantly based on the kit type and size:

• Box Quantity: Kits are delivered in anywhere from 12 boxes up to nearly 200 boxes
• Box Dimensions: Individual boxes range from 10cm to 240cm in length, width, and height
• Weight Restrictions: Any box exceeding 25-30kg must be palletised for delivery
• Large Items: Some items, particularly larger plastic covers, cannot be sent without a pallet
• Pallet Requirements: Palletised items require either forklift access or depot pickup
• Home Delivery: Individual boxes under 25-30kg may be deliverable to your home address

Important: Delivery specifications are determined by freight carriers and are beyond our control. We are subject to the policies and requirements of our delivery partners.

8.4 Lead Times and Supplier Dependencies

Lead Times:

• In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day
• Supplier-Dependent Items: Can take up to 2 weeks to arrive

As a logistics-focused warehouse, some items are ordered directly from our suppliers. Lead times can vary from 1-14 days depending on supplier availability and stock levels. While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.

If you have specific timing requirements, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide an accurate delivery estimate.

9.1 Requirements

10.1 Goods Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please ensure all order details, including product specifications, dimensions, and quantities, are correct at the time of ordering.

If you have any concerns before finalising your order, we are happy to assist to ensure everything meets your needs.

10.2 Custom and Special Orders

• Orders for custom products or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

10.3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with consumer law.

11.1 Product Warranties

• Steel corrosion resistance: 10 years
• Plastic covering: 5 years (UV degradation excluded)
• Accessories: 2 years
• Covers manufacturing defects only

11.2 Exclusions

• Extreme weather damage
• Improper installation/maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• UV degradation
• Pest/animal damage

12.1 Preparation

• Level, well-drained site
• Minimum 1m clearance
• Suitable soil conditions
• Vehicle access (3m clearance)

12.2 Customer Responsibilities

• Site leveling/preparation
• Obtaining necessary permits
• Ensuring accessibility
• Providing utilities if needed

12.3 Site Assessment and Planning Resources

Prior to installation, customers are responsible for conducting appropriate site assessments and planning. This includes evaluating soil conditions, drainage requirements, and local environmental factors that may affect structure performance. We can assist with this if required. We reserve the right to request verification of customer information, including but not limited to Australian Business Number (ABN) and nature of business in Agriculture, at any time during the ordering process or thereafter. We may refuse service or cancel orders if verification requirements are not met.
