In some remote or regional areas, deliveries may be made to your nearest depot for collection. But rest assured, we’ll work with you to get your order to you as smoothly as possible.

🚚 Oversized Deliveries

Some of our products—especially full polytunnel kits—are oversized and delivered on pallets. These deliveries require a forklift at the delivery location for safe unloading.
If no forklift is available, your order will be redirected to the nearest transport depot for collection.
