Description

Aqua Master Tools - C10 Compact Single-Channel Peristaltic Dosing Unit – 1.5 mL/s Modular Expansion Pump for Automated pH and EC Fertigation Systems

Engineered for modular flexibility and high-precision fluid delivery, the Aqua Master Tools C10 Compact Single-Channel Peristaltic Dosing Unit is the foundational mechanical component for automated crop nutrition systems. Built to withstand the harsh, continuous operating conditions of commercial greenhouse ranges, vertical indoor farms, and hydroponic facilities, this industrial-grade dosing pump delivers a steady, calibrated flow rate of exactly **1.5 mL per second**. In traditional hand-dosing setups, raw fertilizer concentrates and highly reactive pH adjusters are poured into reservoirs manually, creating unpredictable chemical spikes that stress delicate root systems and cause severe nutrient lockout. The C10 eliminates this human error entirely by translating digital signals from your central controller into precise, incremental fluid injections. Thanks to its versatile modular architecture, the C10 adapts easily to your changing facility needs. It can be deployed as a dedicated pH regulator (delivering either pH-Up or pH-Down solutions) or as a single-line EC nutrient injector when wired directly into your master control unit. For larger operations using multi-part commercial feeding charts, the C10 serves as a plug-and-play hardware extension, allowing you to scale up existing configurations (such as expanding a C30 unit to manage four distinct nutrient channels simultaneously). Shipped as a complete installation-ready kit, the C10 comes packed with 3 meters of chemical-resistant transport tubing, a 150cm UTP data sync cable for instant controller communication, and a dedicated power adapter—giving your cultivation team everything needed to establish an uncompromised, self-correcting liquid loop.

Best For: Automated injection of pH adjusters or individual liquid fertilizer components, expanding existing multi-pump dosing manifolds, and building highly scalable, modular fertigation arrays in commercial cultivation layouts.

Key Features & Technical Advancements

  • Calibrated 1.5 mL/s Peristaltic Drive: Engineered with a constant-velocity motor assembly that ensures highly repeatable, precision liquid metering, eliminating the danger of over-concentration.
  • 3-in-1 Adaptive Hardware Mapping: Seamlessly configure the pump to operate as a standalone pH injector, a single-channel EC fertilizer doser, or an add-on module for larger multi-part blending racks.
  • Plug-and-Play UTP Data Integration: Includes a 150cm UTP communication link that hooks directly into your central Aqua Master Tools controller, ensuring immediate synchronization with your automated software schedules.
  • Zero-Contact Fluid Isolation Architecture: The peristaltic rollers pinch the internal hose to move the liquid, ensuring highly corrosive acids, bases, and concentrated mineral salts never touch the mechanical pump elements.
  • Comprehensive Out-of-the-Box Setup Kit: Comes complete with 3 meters of specialized, premium transport tubing and a dedicated power source, minimizing installation time and reducing accessory plumbing costs.
  • Compact, Space-Saving Footprint: Built with a streamlined, modular housing that allows multiple C10 pumps to be mounted side by side along facility walls or mixing-tank mounting boards.

Advanced Pump Configuration & Substrate Coordination Tips

  • Proportional Dosing Layouts to Protect Root Zones: To maximize fertilizer uptake and prevent leaf damage, use the C10 unit to inject assets smoothly and prevent sudden chemical shocks. When configuring the hardware to dose highly reactive pH adjusters (like phosphoric acid or potassium hydroxide), utilize a pulsing or delay interval on your master controller. Injecting small doses based on the unit's 1.5 mL/s flow rate allows the reservoir to stabilize evenly, keeping your solution perfectly within the optimal 5.6 to 6.2 pH range.
  • Root-Zone Hydration and Substrate Coordination: Delivering a perfectly blended nutrient solution around the clock ensures your root systems grow vigorously without salt stress. For uncompromised drainage, high structural aeration, and excellent water retention, use a high-porosity 70/30 blend of Coco Coir and Horticultural Perlite. To maintain uniform moisture profiles across your entire bench layout, feed your plants using lines pressurized by a heavy-duty Plont PPH Submersible Pump managed by an automated digital shot-timer.
  • Preventing Siphon Hazards and Managing Line Placement: When plumbing your C10 pump into a batch tank, always guard against accidental siphoning. If the end of your discharge tube sits below the fluid level of your fertilizer concentrate bottle, liquid can crawl through the lines naturally, over-dosing your reservoir and causing severe root burn. Always mount your chemical storage bottles lower than the main reservoir injection points, and ensure the discharge tube hangs cleanly above the maximum water line of your batch tank to create a physical air gap.
  • Peristaltic Squeeze Tube Maintenance Protocols: Because peristaltic pumps rely on mechanical rollers constantly compressing a flexible hose to move fluids, that internal squeeze tubing is subject to wear and stretching over time. Inspect the internal pump head assembly every crop cycle. Check for micro-cracks, hardening, or salt crusts along the tube wall, and wipe down the rollers to ensure smooth operation. Replacing the internal squeeze hose annually maintains your exact 1.5 mL/s delivery calibration and completely eliminates the risk of leaks on your facility floors.

Ideal For (Uses)

  • Automated pH Correction Loops: The ultimate single-channel hardware solution for growers looking to link a dedicated acid or base injection line to an automated central monitor console.
  • Multi-Part Nutrient R&D Scaling: Perfect for facilities needing to expand an existing C30 dosing setup to handle an extra liquid supplement channel, organic booster, or micronutrient line.
  • Commercial Facility Infrastructure Management: An exceptional spare component choice for large greenhouse operations and automated indoor farms looking to keep extra, plug-and-play modular pumps on hand to eliminate unexpected maintenance downtime.

Shipping & Lead Times

Important Note on Availability & Shipping

Our warehouse serves as our office and logistics centre rather than a retail showroom. Because we ship from multiple locations and manage high-turnover stock, not all items are available for immediate pickup.

Lead Times:

  • In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day.
  • Supplier-Dependent Items: Usually take 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability. Products from Adloheat may take 8–12 weeks to manufacture—they are made to order in Australia by a small business, and longer lead times reflect the care put into quality.

While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.

Biosecurity & Interstate Shipping Restrictions

Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship some products to certain states and territories:

  • Potting Mixes cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
  • Seeds cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA).

Orders placed for these items to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being ordered can lawfully be delivered to their state or territory.
