Description

Aqua Master Tools - E60 Pro Replacement Electrode – High-Precision Multi-Parameter Conductivity, TDS, PPM, & Temperature Sensor Cartridge

Restore original factory telemetry, maintain absolute precision over your commercial nutrient solutions, and protect your vital crop feeding programs with the Aqua Master Tools E60 Pro Replacement Electrode. Specially engineered as the direct, plug-and-play replacement sensor cartridge for the rugged E60 Pro Conductivity Combo Pen Meter, this commercial-grade component is built to withstand the demanding, high-humidity environments of commercial vertical indoor farms, large-scale greenhouse ranges, and water management facilities. Over months of continuous exposure to highly concentrated liquid fertilizers, hard water minerals, and aggressive reservoir system cleaners, electrical conductivity elements can naturally experience salt crusting, oily organic fouling, or mechanical wear. This mineral buildup leads to slow sensor response times, erratic readings, or irreversible digital drift. Rather than forcing you to throw away an entire digital pocket tool, the smart modular engineering of the Aqua Master Tools ecosystem allows you to simply refresh your device by swapping out the worn sensor cartridge. This high-performance replacement probe houses an advanced, corrosion-resistant multi-parameter array that delivers real-time electrical conductivity (EC), parts per million (PPM), total dissolved solids (TDS), and liquid temperature data to your digital screen instantly. Fitted with a heavy-duty threaded compression collar and a premium rubber O-ring, it establishes a perfectly airtight, watertight mechanical seal that preserves your pen meter's certified IP67 dust-tight and submersible floating rating. Pre-calibrated to integrate seamlessly with the E60 Pro's automatic digital calibration routine, this durable replacement sensor slides into position without requiring manual wiring or specialized tools, ensuring your everyday water testing rounds remain flawless cycle after cycle.

Best For: Routine seasonal maintenance for Aqua Master Tools E60 Pro combo meters, replacing worn, sluggish, or fouled conductivity sensors, restoring fast reading stabilization times, and maintaining essential backup inventory for commercial cultivation operations.

Key Features & Technical Advancements

  • Integrated Multi-Parameter Sensor Array: Houses high-stiffness electrical conductivity rings and a fast-response thermal sensor inside a single, streamlined cartridge body to deliver complete salt profiles simultaneously.
  • Watertight Threaded Mechanical Interface: Engineered with an airtight locking sleeve and a durable rubber seal that maintains your combo meter's certified IP67 waterproof and buoyant floating competency.
  • Rugged Non-Porous Shielding Shell: Encased in a heavy-duty polymer protective guard that shields the internal sensor elements from bumps against tank walls or hard mixing equipment.
  • Immediate Plug-and-Play Assembly: Built with precision connection pins that slide smoothly into the main E60 Pro meter handle, completely cutting out hardwiring or specialized electrical tools.
  • High-Stiffness Contact Terminals: Outfitted with corrosion-resistant internal terminals that ensure steady, noise-free signal transfer to the digital processor for clean, uncompromised telemetry.
  • Fast-Response Thermal Synchronization: Built to align perfectly with the auto-temperature compensation routines of your existing Aqua Master Tools meter handle to ensure steady readings.

Advanced Nutrient Delivery & Sensor Care Tips

  • Preventing Tip Burn and Nutrient Toxicity with Precision EC/TDS: Giving your plants too many mineral salts causes toxic build-ups, leading to root stress and curled, crispy leaf tips. When preparing liquid fertilizers or multi-tank dosing systems, use your refreshed E60 Pro to confirm the exact strength of your mix. Keep young seedlings or newly rooted cuttings in a light 0.6 to 1.0 mS/cm range, mid-stage vegetative plants around 1.2 to 1.6 mS/cm, and heavy-feeding flowering crops between 1.8 to 2.5 mS/cm depending on your genetics and light intensity.
  • Root-Zone Hydration and Substrate Coordination: Protect your root zones by ensuring your liquid feeds match the specific substrate conditions your crops need. For optimal root health and fast nutrient uptake, combine your E60 Pro measurements with a high-porosity 70/30 blend of Coco Coir and Horticultural Perlite. To maintain consistent moisture levels across large benches, route your nutrient solution through lines pressurized by a heavy-duty Plont PPH Submersible Pump managed by an automated digital shot-timer.
  • Executing a Complete Single-Point Digital Auto-Calibration Post-Installation: Every time you swap out a probe cartridge, you must re-align the meter's internal digital processor with the new sensor elements. Screw the fresh electrode tightly onto the E60 Pro handle. Pour a small amount of fresh, unpolluted 1413 μS/cm calibration fluid into a clean plastic cup, dip the sensor tip into the liquid, and engage the automatic 1-point calibration routine. Once the screen locks in the reading, rinse the sensor with clean water before your first test. Always dump used testing fluid to prevent cross-contamination of your main calibration bottle.
  • Safe Probe Cleaning and Maintenance Routines: Unlike pH probes, the conductivity sensor elements on this replacement cartridge are robust metal rings that do not need to stay wet during storage. However, they must be kept totally free of fertilizer crusts, salt crystals, and oily organic residues. After completing your daily water checks, rinse the sensor under clean tap water. If you notice salt build-up, soak the tip in specialized digital probe cleaner or isopropyl alcohol for a few minutes, then scrub gently with a soft brush to restore perfect electrical contact, shaking off excess water before snapping the dry cap in place.

Ideal For (Uses)

  • Aqua Master Tools E60 Refurbishment: The ultimate direct repair option for commercial cultivation facilities and home growers who need to bring a slow or inaccurate E60 Pro pen meter back to original factory-spec performance.
  • Hydroponic Reservoir Fertilizer Analysis: Perfect for indoor facility technicians running constant daily nutrient strength (EC), TDS, and PPM checks across liquid mixing tanks, reverse osmosis loops, and drain runoff arrays.
  • Commercial Facility Spare Parts Management: An exceptional backup component choice for commercial greenhouse operations and vertical farms looking to eliminate unexpected downtime by keeping extra replacement sensors on site.

Shipping & Lead Times

Important Note on Availability & Shipping

Our warehouse serves as our office and logistics centre rather than a retail showroom. Because we ship from multiple locations and manage high-turnover stock, not all items are available for immediate pickup.

Lead Times:

  • In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day.
  • Supplier-Dependent Items: Usually take 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability. Products from Adloheat may take 8–12 weeks to manufacture—they are made to order in Australia by a small business, and longer lead times reflect the care put into quality.

While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.

Biosecurity & Interstate Shipping Restrictions

Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship some products to certain states and territories:

  • Potting Mixes cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
  • Seeds cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA).

Orders placed for these items to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being ordered can lawfully be delivered to their state or territory.
