Description

Bluelab - Guardian Monitor with Wi-Fi – Continuous Wall-Mounted Facility Dashboard for Real-Time pH, EC, and Temperature Tracking with Cloud Analytics

Transition your facility from reactive spot-checking to an advanced, continuous telemetry model with the Bluelab Guardian Monitor with Wi-Fi. Explicitly engineered for the demanding, high-throughput environments of commercial vertical indoor farms, high-tech greenhouses, and multi-zone hydroponic ranges, this premium **wall-mounted master console** provides an uncompromised, 24/7 visual and digital audit of your reservoir's core chemistry. Plant nutrient uptake rates are fluid, shifting constantly based on localized environmental triggers like seasonal transitions, crop maturity stages, ambient leaf temperature, and light intensity. Because these variables dynamically alter your water chemistry hour by hour, relying on occasional manual testing can leave your crop vulnerable to sudden, undetected pH crashes or dangerous salt spikes that cause irreversible root burn. The Bluelab Guardian Monitor with Wi-Fi eliminates this vulnerability completely. By dropping its heavy-duty analytical leads permanently into your main batch tank or irrigation manifold, the system actively processes and flashes **pH (0.0 to 14.0), Electrical Conductivity (EC, CF, or PPM), and Fluid Temperature (°C or °F)** across three oversized, ultra-bright, **"Plant-Safe" green LED windows**. Equipped with an integrated Wi-Fi module, this smart monitor streams live telemetry directly to the cloud. This provides your cultivation management team with instant mobile push alarms, remote mobile monitoring, and comprehensive data-driven history logs to optimize your feeding curves over time.

Best For: Continuous, 24/7 monitoring of commercial mixing reservoirs, streaming remote water data to facility mobile devices via Wi-Fi, protecting vulnerable crops with automatic live alarms, and mounting permanent data dashboards along central fertigation walls.

Key Features & Technical Advancements

  • Continuous Multi-Variable Tracking Dashboard: Actively measures and displays pH, electrical conductivity, and fluid temperature simultaneously, acting as a permanent visual beacon for your mixing room floor.
  • Cloud-Connected Wi-Fi Telemetry Link: Built with a high-performance internal Wi-Fi transceiver (with an optional hardware manual turn-off) that streams live data directly to your smartphone app or facility computer network.
  • Oversized Green "Plant-Safe" LED Arrays: Features high-visibility, light-intensity-adjustable green digital readouts that can be viewed clearly across a crowded room without introducing crop-disrupting light spectrums during critical dark cycles.
  • Instant Cloud-Driven Push Notifications: Programmed with an intelligent, silent flashing alarm matrix that instantly pushes high/low threshold notifications directly to your phone if your pH drops or nutrients drift out of safe zones.
  • Non-Volatile Internal Settings Memory: Outfitted with an integrated backup memory cache that locks in your specific alarm levels, display modes, and calibration data, protecting your programming during sudden facility power cuts.
  • Zero-Maintenance Conductivity Telemetry: Built with an advanced solid-state conductivity/temperature sensor head that is calibrated permanently at the factory, completely eliminating the need for routine EC calibration solutions.

Advanced Monitor Operations & Substrate Control Tips

  • Executing a Correct Permanent Probe Mounting Layout: To prevent electrical interference from distorting your data, mount the Guardian display chassis securely to a clean facility wall or control panel board using the integrated hanging slots, keeping it safely above the high-water splashing line of your tanks. Route the probe cables smoothly down into the water, ensuring they do not run parallel to high-voltage power lines or electronic ballast cords, which can leak electromagnetic field noise and create false data spikes. Plunge the analytical leads into an area of the reservoir where water moves quickly and turbulently to ensure your readings reflect a thoroughly blended nutrient solution.
  • Root-Zone Hydration and Substrate Coordination: Utilizing continuous cloud-connected monitoring allows your facility to maintain absolute feeding consistency, locking in the ideal moisture and chemical balance for your plants. For optimal root vitality, accelerated nutrient absorption, and uncompromised drainage, feed your perfectly balanced nutrient solutions into a high-porosity 70/30 blend of Coco Coir and Horticultural Perlite. To ensure highly uniform irrigation delivery across your entire layout, pressurize your feed lines using a heavy-duty Plont PPH Submersible Pump managed by an automated digital shot-timer.
  • Enforcing Strict Weekly Cleaning and Sensor Maintenance: Because the Guardian's analytical probes sit permanently inside your nutrient reservoir, they are constantly exposed to concentrated mineral salts, organic additives, and biofilms. Over time, these compounds coat the sensor faces, creating an insulating layer that dulls response times and shifts reading accuracy. To prevent this, unmount the probes once a week and clean them using an official Bluelab Cleaning Kit. Gently clear away scale from the flat conductivity pins and use a soft bristle brush to clean the delicate glass pH bulb, keeping your cloud telemetry data highly accurate.
  • Utilizing Historical Data Tracking for Yield Optimization: The Wi-Fi enabled Guardian monitor records detailed history logs of your water chemistry changes across entire crop cycles. Use these cloud logs to audit how your plants interact with their environment; for example, if you notice your reservoir's EC steadily rising over a 48-hour window, it indicates your plants are drinking water faster than they are using mineral salts under your current grow lights, signaling that you should lower your base feed strength slightly. Reviewing these logs weekly allows your team to make proactive adjustments, maximizing fertilizer efficiency while protecting your root zones from salt build-ups.

Ideal For (Uses)

  • Continuous Automated Reservoir Monitoring: The definitive diagnostic console for commercial greenhouse operations looking to establish permanent visual tracking dashboards over their primary irrigation batch tanks.
  • Remote Mobile Facility Management: Perfect for indoor vertical farm operators who need to track multiple water systems remotely via smartphone app push alerts, protecting crops even during off-shift hours.
  • Data-Driven Cultivation Analytics: An exceptional data-logging choice for commercial research laboratories, agricultural schools, and large facilities looking to log water chemistry changes to optimize proprietary feeding schedules.
Oversize Item Delivery

Shipping & Lead Times

Important Note on Availability & Shipping

Our warehouse serves as our office and logistics centre rather than a retail showroom. Because we ship from multiple locations and manage high-turnover stock, not all items are available for immediate pickup.

Lead Times:

  • In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day.
  • Supplier-Dependent Items: Usually take 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability. Products from Adloheat may take 8–12 weeks to manufacture—they are made to order in Australia by a small business, and longer lead times reflect the care put into quality.

While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.

Biosecurity & Interstate Shipping Restrictions

Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship some products to certain states and territories:

  • Potting Mixes cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
  • Seeds cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA).

Orders placed for these items to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being ordered can lawfully be delivered to their state or territory.
