Description

Cultiv8 - 315 Watt CMH Pro+ Kit – Premium Low-Frequency Square Wave Solar Spectrum Horticultural System

Replicate the natural structural density of outdoor solar radiation and significantly boost essential oil and terpene profiles with the Cultiv8 315 Watt CMH Pro+ Kit. Ceramic Discharge Metal Halide (CMH) technology operates with a wide, continuous light spectrum that mirrors natural sunlight far more closely than standard High-Intensity Discharge (HID) sources like high-pressure sodium or traditional metal halide lamps. This high-fidelity spectral delivery makes the Pro+ Kit an outstanding standalone engine for full-cycle development—from vegetative structural stacking to final floral swelling—as well as an excellent supplemental full-spectrum overlay for large-scale commercial flowering facilities. The core of this high-performance kit is the Cultiv8 digital ballast, which utilizes advanced low-frequency, square-wave engineering to eliminate acoustic resonance and prevent arc instability, ensuring maximum lamp lifespan and ultra-quiet operation. Built for modern cultivation environments, the ballast features an adjustable output controller allowing you to scale power down to 160, 190, 220, 250, 280, or up to the full 315 Watts, matching light intensity precisely to your canopy’s current development phase. To minimize voltage drops, ensure maximum power efficiency, and maintain strict RF shielding against radio frequency interference, the input and output lines are hard-wired directly into the ballast chassis, replacing weak, loose kettle plugs with an industrial 1.5-metre power lead and a 2.5-metre output line. Certified with Australian RCM compliance, this kit arrives complete with a high-output 3100K full-spectrum lamp yielding a PAR value of 625 µmol/s, and a high-grade ceramic E40 lamp adaptor for seamless integration into standard hydroponic reflectors.

Best For: Full-cycle boutique cultivation, boosting terpene and essential oil production, full-spectrum supplemental lighting in large flower rooms, and high-efficiency multi-phase grow spaces.

Key Features & Technical Advancements

  • Natural Solar Spectrum Replica: Emits an ultra-broad, sun-mimicking spectrum rich in UV and deep red wavelengths, signaling plants to accelerate essential trichome development and essential oil density.
  • Low-Frequency Square Wave Technology: Drives the lamp with a highly stable square wave frequency, preventing arc flicker, reducing harmonic distortion, and ensuring completely silent, fanless operation.
  • 6-Step Variable Adjustable Wattage: Offers complete canopy management control with selectable power levels at 160W, 190W, 220W, 250W, 280W, and 315W to adapt photon density as crops mature.
  • High-Output 3100K (930) Ceramic Lamp: Delivers an impressive PAR output of 625 µmol/s with a Color Rendering Index (CRI) greater than 90, providing an incredibly accurate visual environment for crop diagnosis.
  • Hard-Wired Industrial Connection Leads: Features a hard-wired 1.5m input lead and 2.5m output lead directly anchored to the circuit boards, optimizing power transfer and preventing electrical arcing at plug points.
  • Comprehensive System Protection Failsafes: Engineered with built-in digital safety circuits that actively protect the ballast and lamp from short circuits, open circuits, ignition failures, and thermal overloads.
  • Premium Ceramic E40 Base Adaptor: Includes a heavy-duty, high-insulation ceramic dual-pin to E40 deep socket adaptor, allowing you to use the specialized CMH lamp in standard hydroponic shades.

Advanced CMH Lighting & Substrate Control Tips

  • Optimizing Hang Heights and Canopy Coverage: Because the Cultiv8 315W CMH lamp emits a highly concentrated light footprint with significant penetration power, maintaining proper distance is vital to avoid heat stress. Hang the fixture 45cm to 60cm above the canopy during the vegetative cycle, using the lower 160W or 220W ballast settings. As you transition to full flower, raise the ballast to 315W and adjust the height to 35cm to 45cm above your main bud sites to push intense PAR photons deep into lower nodes.
  • Root-Zone Hydration and Substrate Coordination: The natural sun-mimicking spectrum of CMH lights drives fast plant transpiration, encouraging heavy water and nutrient absorption through the roots. Support this accelerated root metabolism by potting your crops in breathable fabric aeration pots filled with a light, highly porous 70/30 blend of Coco Coir and Horticultural Perlite. Ensure your wet-dry irrigation cycles stay flawlessly uniform by connecting your drip lines to a high-pressure Plont PPH Submersible Pump managed by an automated digital shot-timer.
  • Managing Heat Dissipation and Airflow: While the Cultiv8 ballast runs cool and silent, the 315W ceramic lamp generates intense radiant heat that helps warm up your lower plant canopy. To maintain the ideal room temperature (24°C to 26°C), ensure you have active inline extraction fans pulling warm air from the top of your space, combined with oscillating floor fans to keep fresh air circulating evenly around your containers.
  • Setting Up Safety Drip Loops for Hard-Wired Systems: Because the Pro+ Kit features hard-wired input and output cables to maximize electrical efficiency, proper cable safety layout is critical. When running your 1.5-metre power lead to the wall outlet or your 2.5-metre line to the reflector, always allow the cord to fall into a small, loose U-shape bend right before it connects to the plug or socket. This forms a natural "drip loop"—any condensation or stray water tracking down the wire will pool at the bottom of the bend and drip safely to the floor instead of running into your electrical terminals.

Ideal For (Uses)

  • Terpene & Essential Oil Maximize: The premier choice for boutique or medical growers looking to maximize resin production, aroma, and overall crop quality through high-UV solar spectrums.
  • Full-Cycle Standalone Grow Spaces: Perfect for 1m x 1m grow tents or small rooms, providing full-spectrum light coverage from early vegetative cloning all the way through to final harvest.
  • Commercial Supplemental Lighting: An excellent option for hanging alongside large HPS or LED fixtures in commercial setups, adding vital full-spectrum blue, UV, and deep red wavelengths to improve lower canopy yield.

Shipping & Lead Times

Important Note on Availability & Shipping

Our warehouse serves as our office and logistics centre rather than a retail showroom. Because we ship from multiple locations and manage high-turnover stock, not all items are available for immediate pickup.

Lead Times:

  • In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day.
  • Supplier-Dependent Items: Usually take 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability. Products from Adloheat may take 8–12 weeks to manufacture—they are made to order in Australia by a small business, and longer lead times reflect the care put into quality.

While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.

Biosecurity & Interstate Shipping Restrictions

Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship some products to certain states and territories:

  • Potting Mixes cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
  • Seeds cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA).

Orders placed for these items to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being ordered can lawfully be delivered to their state or territory.
