Cultiv8 - 315W CMH Full-Spectrum Lamp – High-Output 3100K (930) Ceramic Discharge Agro Engine
Elevate your indoor garden’s terpene profiles, maximize secondary metabolite extraction quality, and achieve dense, highly uniform structural stacking with the commercial-grade Cultiv8 315W Ceramic Metal Halide (CMH) Lamp. Delivering a highly optimized 3100 Kelvin (930 color code) full spectrum, this advanced gas-discharge bulb bridges the gap between traditional vegetative and flowering wavelengths. It projects an ultra-broad spectrum that closely mimics the natural energy of natural sunlight, packed with essential ultraviolet (UV-A and UV-B) and deep red wavelengths. Operating with a superior Color Rendering Index (CRI) of greater than 90%, this elite lamp provides plants with exceptional color fidelity and structural cues. This premium spectral output prompts plants to grow thicker stems, tighter internodal spacing, and highly developed lateral branches, while driving heavy trichome density and essential oil accumulation during generative phases. Engineered for heavy-duty performance, the Cultiv8 315W CMH lamp outputs an impressive Photosynthetic Photon Flux (PPF) PAR value of 625 µmol/s, delivering raw photon intensity deep into dense under-canopy layers. Designed to run cool and steady on compatible high-frequency 315W CMH digital ballasts, this highly efficient lamp minimizes radiant room heat while maximizing overall electrical-to-photon conversion. Backed by a solid 1-year manufacturer warranty, it stands as a reliable, high-yield asset for commercial nurseries, boutique flower rooms, and high-quality oil extraction facilities alike.
Best For: High-terpene essential oil extraction, full-cycle boutique cultivation, specialized high-UV supplemental lighting arrays, and maximizing broad-spectrum photon density with low heat.
Key Features & Technical Advancements
- Sun-Mimicking 3100K (930) Agro Spectrum: Floods your canopy with a complete, sun-like spectrum rich in natural UV and far-red radiation, encouraging explosive root development and dense floral stacking.
- High-Output 625 µmol/s PAR Delivery: Delivers a highly concentrated stream of active photosynthetic photons ($625\text{ }\mu\text{mol/s}$), providing the structural punch required to activate lower bud sites and increase final harvest weights.
- Elite CRI 90+ Color Fidelity: Boasts a Color Rendering Index higher than 90, making it incredibly easy for cultivation crews to accurately inspect leaves, spot early pest signs, and diagnose subtle nutrient deficiencies under true-to-life light.
- Ceramic Arc Tube Thermal Efficiency: Built with a premium ceramic discharge arc tube that operates at much higher internal temperatures than traditional quartz lamps, resulting in superior color stability and long-term lumen retention.
- Low Heat, High-Efficiency Engineering: Produces significantly less radiant heat per watt compared to legacy high-pressure sodium or traditional metal halide systems, keeping room temperatures stable and cooling costs low.
- 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty Protection: Manufactured to demanding commercial horticultural standards and covered by a full 1-year warranty for total operational confidence across multiple crop cycles.

Advanced CMH Spectrum Management & Substrate Control Tips
- Optimizing Hang Heights and Canopy Coverage: While the Cultiv8 315W CMH runs significantly cooler than a 600W or 1000W HID fixture, its high UV spectrum and concentrated 625 µmol/s PAR output still require careful vertical placement. Position your reflector 45cm to 60cm above the plant canopy during the vegetative and early transitional stages. Once plants enter full bloom, you can adjust the fixture down to 35cm to 45cm directly above your main flower sites to push intense full-spectrum photons deep into lower lateral branches.
- Root-Zone Hydration and Substrate Coordination: The natural solar spectrum of this 315W system accelerates plant transpiration and root metabolism, causing crops to rapidly drink water and absorb nutrients. Support this accelerated root action by potting your crops in breathable fabric aeration pots filled with a light, highly porous 70/30 blend of Coco Coir and Horticultural Perlite. Ensure your wet-dry irrigation cycles stay flawlessly uniform by connecting your drip lines to a high-pressure Plont PPH Submersible Pump managed by an automated digital shot-timer.
- Managing Multi-Lamp Arrays and Supplemental Mixing: Because of its highly balanced 3100K spectrum, this lamp works beautifully as a standalone light source in boutique grow tents or as a supplemental light in large-scale HPS flower rooms. Hanging a 315W CMH fixture between two traditional 600W HPS lights fills in the missing blue and UV gaps of the sodium spectrum, preventing your plants from stretching too much and sharply increasing overall oil production.
- Setting Up Safety Drip Loops in High-Humidity Environments: Since full-spectrum growing spaces and nursery rooms often require high humidity levels (55% to 70% RH), protecting your electrical systems is paramount. When routing the heavy-duty cord from your CMH reflector socket to your remote ballast, always ensure the line drops down into a loose, shallow U-shape bend right before it plugs in. This forms a natural "drip loop"—any ambient condensation or stray moisture tracking down the wire will pool safely at the bottom of the bend and drip to the floor rather than running straight into active electronic terminals.
Ideal For (Uses)
- Terpene & Essential Oil Maximization: The ultimate lighting option for boutique growers and extraction specialists who want to maximize resin output, intense aromatic profiles, and vivid colors through natural UV exposure.
- Full-Cycle Boutique Grow Tents: Perfect for indoor growers looking for a single, highly efficient bulb that handles everything from cloning and early vegetative growth to final flowering and ripening.
- Supplemental Greenhouse & HPS Overlays: An exceptional choice for commercial facility managers looking to add high-quality blue light, UV radiation, and deep red wavelengths to existing HPS grow rooms to boost overall crop quality.

Important Note on Availability & Shipping
Our warehouse serves as our office and logistics centre rather than a retail showroom. Because we ship from multiple locations and manage high-turnover stock, not all items are available for immediate pickup.
Lead Times:
- In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day.
- Supplier-Dependent Items: Usually take 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability. Products from Adloheat may take 8–12 weeks to manufacture—they are made to order in Australia by a small business, and longer lead times reflect the care put into quality.
While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.
Biosecurity & Interstate Shipping Restrictions
Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship some products to certain states and territories:
- Potting Mixes cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
- Seeds cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA).
Orders placed for these items to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being ordered can lawfully be delivered to their state or territory.
