Description

Growth Technology - Optimum Grow Two-Part Base Nutrient Set (1L Part A & Part B) – Highly Concentrated Vegetative Mineral Foundation Tailored for Hydroponic Substrates

Establish an unyielding structural foundation, accelerate vegetative canopy expansion, and optimize root-zone development with the Growth Technology Optimum Grow Two-Part Base Nutrient Set. Explicitly engineered to meet the rigid data logging tolerances and heavy throughput requirements of commercial greenhouse ranges, vertical indoor farms, and high-performance substrate loops, this premium twin-pack liquid mineral matrix delivers uncompromised vegetative nutrition. Cultivating high-performance crops inside active hydroponic systems requires an incredibly stable, highly bio-available fertilizer baseline that can interact seamlessly with inert materials without falling out of solution. Standard multi-part nutrients frequently suffer from poor elemental stability, which triggers sudden mineral precipitation and stubborn root-zone deficiencies when routed through aggressive irrigation networks. The Growth Technology engineering solution completely eliminates those structural cultivation vulnerabilities. As one of the foundational, time-tested products introduced by industry pioneers Growth Technology, Optimum remains one of Australia's most trusted and relied-upon hydroponic solutions. This premium dual-pack concentrate delivers a complete and balanced formulation, supplying every essential macro-nutrient, secondary element, and fully chelated trace mineral required for healthy, rapid plant development. Formulated as a non-viscous, clean-running two-part (Part A & Part B) liquid concentrate set, it is especially designed to maintain optimal nutritional equilibrium in systems using technical media—including clay pebbles, horticultural perlite, and premium rockwool blocks. Packaged in a practical 1-litre dual-bottle maintenance kit, Optimum Grow keeps your automated reservoirs running perfectly clean while building thick structural frames, robust vascular pathways, and lush, vibrant foliage footprints.

Best For: Powering active recirculating reservoirs, stabilizing nutrient availability across inert substrates, maximizing structural vegetative framing, and ensuring a sediment-free baseline feed for automated commercial loops.

Key Features & Technical Advancements

  • Time-Tested Australian Performance Legacy: One of the market's most trusted twin-pack formulations, relied upon by commercial operators for decades to deliver predictable, high-performance results.
  • Optimized Inert Substrate Calibration: Specially balanced to counteract the zero-nutrient buffering nature of technical media like expanded clay, porous perlite, and rockwool slabs.
  • Comprehensive Full-Spectrum Balance: Supplies an exact ratio of essential elements and multi-chelated micronutrients, completely eliminating the need for complex standalone trace additives.
  • Advanced Two-Part Fluid Engineering: Isolates reactive mineral groups into separate Part A and Part B bottles to ensure total chemical integrity and maximum freshness prior to dilution.
  • 100% Residue-Free Soluble Integrity: Dissolves instantly into solution without creating sticky surface films or crystal sludge, keeping fine inline filters and drip emitters clear of blockages.
  • Perfect for Automated Injection Loops: The smooth, low-viscosity fluid profile ensures highly consistent siphon tracking when pulled through automated inline liquid dosing pumps and multi-channel networks.

Advanced Reservoir Modification & Substrate Control Tips

  • Executing a Professional Reservoir Mixing Routine: To ensure total chemical stability and prevent target minerals from binding together in concentrated forms, you must follow a strict, sequential mixing protocol based on your official Growth Technology Feed Sheet. Always fill your main water reservoir with fresh water first before adding any concentrates. Pour in the required dosage of Optimum Grow Part A and stir the tank thoroughly for 2 to 3 minutes until it is completely mixed. *Never* mix Part A and Part B together directly in their raw, concentrated forms, as doing so triggers instant chemical precipitation, causing vital minerals to drop out as useless sludge. Once Part A is fully diluted in the tank, add your matching dose of Optimum Grow Part B and mix thoroughly again. Let the entire reservoir circulate for 5 to 10 minutes before checking your electrical conductivity (EC) and adjusting your final pH to your desired target range.
  • Root-Zone Hydration and Substrate Coordination: Keeping your base nutrient solution perfectly balanced ensures your irrigation systems deliver stable nutritional profiles, protecting your root zones from severe salt stress. For optimal root vitality, accelerated nutrient absorption, and uncompromised drainage, route your perfectly tracked fertilizer recipes into a high-porosity 70/30 blend of Coco Coir and Horticultural Perlite. To maintain highly uniform moisture profiles across your entire bench layout, pressurize your feed lines using a heavy-duty Plont PPH Submersible Pump managed by an automated digital shot-timer.
  • Vascular Optimization on Inert Structural Media: When operating within clay, perlite, or rockwool, the roots lack natural mineral reserves. Because GT Optimum Grow targets these precise media profiles, it delivers immediately available ionic fractions that bypass complex biological conversion phases. This direct tracking forces an influx of nitrogen and calcium into the plant's vascular pathways, resulting in tight node spacing, thicker cell walls, and an enhanced structural framework capable of supporting massive generative yield loads later in the cycle.
  • Managing Multi-Part Solutions inside Automated Dosing Loops: When linking this premium two-part base nutrient to automated inline dosing systems, always dedicate completely separate stock tanks and injection channels for Part A and Part B. Ensure your inline mixing manifold is positioned down-line from your freshwater input loops, allowing each part to dilute completely into the water stream before the separate channels meet. Inspect your injection lines monthly and wipe down your system's digital sensors with dedicated electrode cleaner to prevent fine residue scale from throwing off your automated dosing commands.

Ideal For (Uses)

  • Active Technical Hydroponic Arrays: The primary base feed baseline for operators running commercial rockwool slabs, expanded clay flood-and-drain grids, or active perlite Dutch buckets.
  • Aggressive Structural Framework Building: Ideal for indoor cultivators seeking to optimize early plant architecture, maximize leaf surface development, and prepare crops for heavy flowering.
  • Commercial Scaling and Automation: Perfect for high-capacity vertical arrays and greenhouse loops that utilize commercial fluid injectors, batch tanks, and automated environmental feed software.

Shipping & Lead Times

Important Note on Availability & Shipping

Our warehouse serves as our office and logistics centre rather than a retail showroom. Because we ship from multiple locations and manage high-turnover stock, not all items are available for immediate pickup.

Lead Times:

  • In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day.
  • Supplier-Dependent Items: Usually take 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability. Products from Adloheat may take 8–12 weeks to manufacture—they are made to order in Australia by a small business, and longer lead times reflect the care put into quality.

While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.

Biosecurity & Interstate Shipping Restrictions

Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship some products to certain states and territories:

  • Potting Mixes cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
  • Seeds cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA).

Orders placed for these items to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being ordered can lawfully be delivered to their state or territory.
