Heavy-Duty Poly Saddle Clamps – Professional Pipe Security & Management (Bag of 50)
Achieving a clean, high-performance irrigation layout requires more than just high-quality fittings; it requires professional cable and pipe management. Our Heavy-Duty Poly Saddle Clamps are the essential solution for securing 13mm and 19mm supply lines to timber sleepers, garden edging, walls, or grow room infrastructure. By pinning your poly pipe flush against rigid surfaces, you prevent the "snaking" caused by thermal expansion, eliminate tripping hazards, and protect your lines from accidental mechanical damage. These clamps ensure your irrigation network remains neat, tidy, and permanently positioned for optimal nutrient delivery.
Best For: Securing main supply lines to timber garden beds, mounting manifolds to grow room walls, and preventing pipe movement in high-traffic greenhouse environments.
Key Features
- Precision-Moulded "U" Profile: Designed to snap over 13mm or 19mm low-density poly pipe, providing a snug, secure fit that prevents lateral movement without crushing or restricting the internal flow of the pipe.
- Integrated Mounting Holes: Features reinforced screw holes for easy installation into timber, masonry (with plugs), or metal frames, allowing for a rapid and professional-looking setup.
- Industrial UV-Stabilisation: Manufactured from premium, weather-resistant polymers designed to withstand the intense radiation of the Australian sun and high-intensity HID/LED grow lights without becoming brittle.
- High-Impact Resistance: Built to endure the rigours of commercial horticultural environments, these clamps resist cracking and fatigue even when mounted in high-vibration areas near pumps.
- Corrosion-Proof Construction: Unlike metal alternatives, these poly clamps are 100% resistant to the concentrated mineral salts and high humidity levels found in intensive fertigation rooms.
- Bulk 50-Piece Value: An essential bulk pack for outfitting large facilities, securing long garden runs, or performing seasonal system overhauls.
Available Sizes
- 13mm Saddle Clamps (Bag of 50): The standard choice for securing secondary distribution lines and drip-tube runs.
- 19mm Saddle Clamps (Bag of 50): The professional choice for mounting medium-flow main supply lines and manifold "spines."
Specifications
- Material: High-Impact, UV-Stabilised Polymer
- Fitting Type: "U" Style Mounting Saddle
- Quantity: 50 Pieces per Bag
- Colour: Black (Professional Aesthetic)
- Mounting: Screw-down (Screws not included)
Installation & Maintenance Tips
- Optimal Spacing: For a professional finish and to prevent sagging, space your saddle clamps every 50cm to 75cm along straight runs. For corners or vertical rises, place a clamp within 10cm of the bend to take the stress off the fittings.
- Expansion Loops: When mounting poly pipe outdoors, avoid pinning the pipe too tightly at every single point. Leave a small amount of "play" or create a slight curve between long distances to allow the pipe to expand and contract with temperature changes.
- Surface Prep: Use stainless steel or galvanised screws when mounting to timber or sleepers to prevent rust streaks and ensure the longevity of your mounting hardware in damp environments.
Ideal For (Uses)
- Timber Garden Edging: Mounting 19mm main lines along the perimeter of raised beds to keep the central area clear of plumbing.
- Vertical Grow Walls: Securing supply lines in vertical hydroponic systems to ensure consistent nutrient delivery to every level.
- Greenhouse Benchwork: Routing irrigation lines neatly under benches or along frames to keep the workspace safe and organized.

Important Note on Availability & Shipping
Our warehouse serves as our office and logistics centre rather than a retail showroom. Because we ship from multiple locations and manage high-turnover stock, not all items are available for immediate pickup.
Lead Times:
- In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day.
- Supplier-Dependent Items: Usually take 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability. Products from Adloheat may take 8–12 weeks to manufacture—they are made to order in Australia by a small business, and longer lead times reflect the care put into quality.
While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.
Biosecurity & Interstate Shipping Restrictions
Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship some products to certain states and territories:
- Potting Mixes cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
- Seeds cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA).
Orders placed for these items to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being ordered can lawfully be delivered to their state or territory.
