Mills Nutrients - Vitalize - Premium Stabilised Silicic Acid & Bio-Barrier
Mills Vitalize is a revolutionary, highly concentrated silicon additive designed to structurally reinforce your plants and maximise their natural defence systems. Developed in partnership with Rexil Agro BV—the global pioneer in Silicic Acid Agro Technology—Vitalize features a unique, stabilised orthosilicic acid formulation. While traditional silicon supplements rely on poorly soluble potassium silicates that easily precipitate, Vitalize delivers silicon in its most bioavailable form, allowing plants to absorb it directly without any conversion.
This advanced formula works almost instantly, thickening plant cell walls to build thicker stems, shorter internodes, and stiffer branches capable of supporting massive flower weight. Applied via the roots or as a fine foliar mist, Vitalize acts as an active biostimulant that improves nutrient transport, reduces transpiration water loss, and shields your crops against heat stress, diseases, and pests. It is the gold standard for growers seeking the ultimate in plant structural integrity and systemic protection.
Best For: Strengthening plant cell walls and stems, increasing natural resistance to pests and fungal diseases (like powdery mildew), reducing transpiration water loss, and optimising nutrient absorption.
Key Features:
- Stabilised Orthosilicic Acid: Contains highly active, water-soluble silicon absorbed up to 1,000 times more effectively than traditional silicate fertilisers, showing results within 24 to 36 hours.
- Impenetrable Physical Barrier: Hardens cellular membranes to make leaves and stems physically tougher, making it incredibly difficult for biting pests or fungal spores to penetrate.
- Enhanced Nutrient & PK Balance: Improves the uptake of essential trace elements like zinc while balancing phosphorus absorption, preventing lockout when running heavy PK boosters.
- Extreme Stress Tolerance: Regulates anti-stress metabolic pathways, drastically reducing moisture loss and maintaining photosynthetic efficiency during extreme heat, cold, or dry spells.
- Super-Concentrated, Low-Dosage: Due to its exceptional purity and absorption rate, a micro-dose of just 0.1ml to 0.2ml per Litre is all that is required for maximum effectiveness.

Directions for Use & Mixing Instructions:
- Mixing Sequence (Critical): Always add Vitalize to your fresh water reservoir first and mix thoroughly before adding other nutrients or adjusting pH levels.
- Vegetative Stage & Early Bloom (Weeks 1-4): Add 0.2ml of Vitalize per 1 Litre of water (2ml per 10 Litres).
- Late Bloom Stage (Weeks 5-8): Reduce dosage to 0.1ml of Vitalize per 1 Litre of water (1ml per 10 Litres).
- Foliar Spraying: Mix 1ml per 10 Litres of water and apply as a fine, single-pass mist. Do not over-saturate foliage.
Usage Tip: Because Vitalize makes the plant's skin (cuticle) much tougher, it is an excellent preventative against Powdery Mildew. For the best "bio-barrier" effect, use it as a foliar spray once every two weeks during the vegetative stage to ensure leaves are reinforced from the outside in.

Important Note on Availability & Shipping
Our warehouse serves as our office and logistics centre rather than a retail showroom. Because we ship from multiple locations and manage high-turnover stock, not all items are available for immediate pickup.
Lead Times:
- In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day.
- Supplier-Dependent Items: Usually take 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability. Products from Adloheat may take 8–12 weeks to manufacture—they are made to order in Australia by a small business, and longer lead times reflect the care put into quality.
While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.
Biosecurity & Interstate Shipping Restrictions
Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship some products to certain states and territories:
- Potting Mixes cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
- Seeds cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA).
Orders placed for these items to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being ordered can lawfully be delivered to their state or territory.
