Mojo Cow - PS-1 Replacement Power Lead Cable – High-Efficiency 240-Volt Utility Line Cord for Modular Propagation Light Kits
Ensure an uninterrupted electrical supply and maintain flawless operational safety across your vertical nursery infrastructure with the Mojo Cow PS-1 Replacement Power Lead Cable. Custom-engineered as the primary high-voltage interface for the Mojo Cow modular ecosystem, this heavy-duty electrical cable is designed to connect your foundational PS-1 T5 Fluorescent or Twin Bar LED lighting fixtures directly into a standard 240-Volt power grid. In commercial propagation environments, standard household power leads can suffer from internal resistance drops, brittle jacket breakdown under high humidity, or poor socket contact. The Mojo Cow replacement line resolves these industrial challenges by utilizing thick-gauge copper conductors wrapped in a rugged, moisture-resistant protective insulation sleeve. This premium material selection guarantees clean voltage delivery, minimizes line loss, and effortlessly handles the current load required to drive up to 8 linked lighting modules on a single circuit. Equipped with a precision-molded connector that plugs tightly into the primary intake socket of your lighting chassis, this cable creates a secure mechanical bond that resists accidental disconnection from vibrations or bumping during routine plant maintenance. Available with structured wholesale tier discounts for facility outfitting, this spare lead is a critical component for expanding multi-tier racking networks, building out separate cloning lines, or keeping essential replacement spares on hand to eliminate unexpected facility downtime.
Best For: Connecting primary Mojo Cow PS-1 fixtures to 240V lines, outfitting new multi-tier racking expansions, replacing worn or damaged line cords, and maintaining essential commercial facility backups.

Advanced Cable Management & Substrate Control Tips
- Setting Up Safety Drip Loops for High-Humidity Racks: Because commercial cloning spaces and plant propagation shelves operate at high humidity levels (75% to 85% RH) with active foliar misting, electrical safety is paramount. When routing the PS-1 power lead from your fixture socket up to your racking frame and out to your 240V outlet, always ensure the cable drops into a loose, shallow U-shape bend right before it enters any active socket. This forms a natural "drip loop"—any ambient room condensation or stray spray tracking down the wire will pool safely at the bottom of the bend and drip to the floor rather than running directly into active electrical connections.
- Root-Zone Hydration and Substrate Coordination: Maintaining steady, uninterrupted power ensures your young crops receive consistent lighting cycles, which drives fast plant transpiration and active cell growth. Support this early vigor by setting your clones or seedlings in specialized starter plugs or breathable fabric nursery pots filled with a light, highly porous 70/30 blend of Coco Coir and Horticultural Perlite. Ensure your wet-dry irrigation cycles stay flawlessly uniform by feeding your trays with a high-pressure Plont PPH Submersible Pump managed by an automated digital shot-timer.
- Organizing High-Density Daisy-Chain Power Routing: When utilizing this lead to power an entire multi-light spine or vertical shelf loop, keep in mind that this single cord carries the electrical load for up to 8 connected units. Route the main power lead cleanly along the upper framing of your racks using heavy-duty plastic cable clips or zip-ties. Keep all electrical lines elevated off the floor and positioned away from rolling benches or water drainage channels to ensure a clean, accident-free workspace.
- Executing Routine Cord Inspection Schedules: For optimal facility safety, inspect your main power cords every few months during crop changeovers. Check the molded plugs for any signs of dust accumulation or moisture tracking, and ensure the outer jacket remains free of pinches from metal shelving brackets. Keeping a few spare Mojo Cow power leads on hand allows you to instantly replace any worn wires without breaking your strict lighting schedules.
Ideal For (Uses)
- New Multi-Tier Rack Deployments: The ultimate power connection option for commercial facility managers setting up brand new propagation shelving rows who need separate main lines for individual levels.
- Commercial Facility Spare Parts Kit: Perfect for indoor cultivators looking to build a dependable backup parts supply, ensuring an extra power cord is always ready to go if an active line gets damaged.
- High-Volume Vertical Nursery Retrofits: An exceptional component choice for large-scale microgreen and plant cloning facilities that are scaling up production spaces and need bulk 240V utility cords to complete installation grids.

Important Note on Availability & Shipping
Our warehouse serves as our office and logistics centre rather than a retail showroom. Because we ship from multiple locations and manage high-turnover stock, not all items are available for immediate pickup.
Lead Times:
- In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day.
- Supplier-Dependent Items: Usually take 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability. Products from Adloheat may take 8–12 weeks to manufacture—they are made to order in Australia by a small business, and longer lead times reflect the care put into quality.
While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.
Biosecurity & Interstate Shipping Restrictions
Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship some products to certain states and territories:
- Potting Mixes cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
- Seeds cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA).
Orders placed for these items to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being ordered can lawfully be delivered to their state or territory.
