The Nisaku Nejiri Bent Neck Sickle is an authentic, traditional Japanese garden tool essential for effective weeding and cultivation. Often referred to as a "draw hoe," this tool features a 115mm blade with a distinctive bent neck and an extra sharp bottom edge. This unique configuration allows the user to easily draw the sharp blade just beneath the soil surface to sever weed roots, lift weeds, or break up compacted soil. Lightweight and highly precise, the Nejiri Bent Neck Sickle is a versatile tool used not only for weeding but also for light chipping and cultivation tasks around the garden bed. Its design is perfect for working in confined spaces between delicate plants without disturbing the primary root systems. Important Note on Availability & Shipping
Our warehouse serves as our office and logistics centre rather than a retail showroom. Because we ship from multiple locations and manage high-turnover stock, not all items are available for immediate pickup.
Lead Times:
- In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day.
- Supplier-Dependent Items: Usually take 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability. Products from Adloheat may take 8–12 weeks to manufacture—they are made to order in Australia by a small business, and longer lead times reflect the care put into quality.
While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.
Biosecurity & Interstate Shipping Restrictions
Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship some products to certain states and territories:
- Potting Mixes cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
- Seeds cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA).
Orders placed for these items to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being ordered can lawfully be delivered to their state or territory.
