Description

ULight - 110W Pro LED Bar – High-Efficacy Supplemental & Under-Canopy Lighting Solution

Eliminate dark zones and drive deeper photon penetration through complex plant profiles with the ULight 110W Pro LED Bar. Purpose-built to offer ultimate structural flexibility, this commercial-grade supplemental lighting bar is an exceptional solution for filling in light gaps, establishing high-efficiency under-canopy illumination networks, or supporting standalone early vegetative growth. Traditional overhead multi-bar fixtures often leave lower flowering nodes heavily shaded, which stalls development and leads to airy lower buds. The ultra-slim, low-profile footprint of the ULight 110W Pro Bar allows it to be mounted horizontally beneath the canopy line, vertically along walls, or integrated directly into tight multi-tier propagation racks. Equipped with premium Samsung diodes, it outputs a potent 308 µmol/s of Photosynthetic Photon Flux (PPF) at a remarkable, high-conversion system efficacy of 2.8 µmol/J. Balanced on a deeply penetrating 3300K full-spectrum white base, this versatile bar fully supports photomorphogenic development across all growth stages. Complete with a rugged IP65 waterproof chassis, an onboard multi-step manual dimming switch, and universal external controller ports, it offers precise crop steering control exactly where your canopy needs it most.

Best For: Target under-canopy supplemental lighting, filling shaded facility gaps, standalone nursery propagation shelves, high-wire vertical side-wall arrays, and tight multi-tier vegetative vertical racks.

Key Features & Technical Advancements

  • Ultra-Slim Lineal Architecture: Features a streamlined, compact structural profile (1200mm long and only 20mm thin) that slips easily into crowded canopy layers, side walls, or low-clearance vertical racks without creating physical obstructions.
  • Premium High-Efficacy Samsung Matrix: Powered by top-tier Samsung micro-diodes that deliver a crisp, uniform light print across the bar's length, preventing localized leaf bleaching while maximizing photon delivery.
  • Deep-Penetrating 3300K Full Spectrum: Engineered with a highly versatile full-spectrum profile that mimics natural sunlight, supplying the essential blue energy needed for tight vegetative structures alongside the rich red wavelengths required for heavy blooming.
  • Dual-Protocol Precise Dimming Control: Outfitted with an onboard manual rotary dial for rapid power adjustments (20%, 40%, 60%, 80%) alongside a built-in 0-10V interface for seamless integration with external master automation systems.
  • Industrial IP65 Environmental Protection: The solid-state frame is fully sealed against dust, intense room humidity, and direct water exposure, making it completely safe for use deep within lower canopies where automated micro-drip lines and foliar sprays are active.
  • Passive Cool-Running Thermal Design: Built into a heavy-duty aluminum housing that acts as a natural heat sink, dissipating heat passively without noisy or unreliable internal fans, ensuring your plants are safe from heat stress even at close range.

Advanced Crop Steering & Environmental Optimization Tips

  • Precision Inter-Canopy and Under-Canopy Positioning: When installing the 110W Pro Bar as an under-canopy lighting system to drive lower node development, pay close attention to proximity. Position the bar 8 to 12 inches below the lower branch layers. Start early flower at the 40% or 60% dimming steps to let the lower leaves adapt to light coming from below, then ramp up to 80% as the flower canopy thickens. This method prevents lower bud site abortion and dramatically increases overall room yields.
  • Root-Zone Hydration and Substrate Coordination: Adding supplemental lower lighting increases your crop's total transpiration and nutritional uptake rates across the entire plant structure. Support this accelerated root-zone metabolism by potting your crops in breathable fabric aeration pots filled with a porous 70/30 blend of Coco Coir and Horticultural Perlite. Ensure your wet-dry irrigation cycles stay flawlessly consistent by connecting your drip lines to a high-pressure Plont PPH Submersible Pump managed by an automated digital shot-timer.
  • Multi-Bar Centralized Control Cable Routing: When linking multiple 110W Pro Bars back to a master automation console using the 0-10V low-voltage ports, practice clean cable routing. Never bundle or zip-tie your low-voltage communication wires parallel to thick AC high-voltage cords. Cross your data lines and power cords at a clean 90-degree angle to block electromagnetic interference (EMI), keeping your automated dimming schedules smooth and free of flickering.
  • Setting Up Safety Lower-Canopy Drip Loops: Because under-canopy and side-wall lights sit directly under or next to active plant leaves, they are highly exposed to dripping run-off and condensation. When routing your power and control lines, always leave a loose drop of slack in the cables right before they plug into the bar connectors to form a natural "drip loop." This ensures that any moisture traveling down the cord drops safely to the floor instead of seeping directly into your electrical connections.

Ideal For (Uses)

  • Under-Canopy Lighting Arrays: The premier choice for large-scale commercial growers looking to place high-intensity supplemental lighting directly beneath dense crop canopies to boost lower bud development and maximize harvest quality.
  • Nursery Propagation & Mother Shelves: Perfect for facility nursery staff who need to distribute consistent, energy-efficient, full-spectrum light over vast seed-starting trays, fresh clones, or early vegetative mother zones.
  • Multi-Tier Vertical Racks: An excellent choice for low-clearance vertical farming setups because the ultra-slim 20mm profile and low thermal signature maximize available plant growth height between narrow shelving tiers.
Oversize Item Delivery

Oversized Item Delivery Options

Since oversized items require special handling, we may need to provide a custom freight quote for your order and will contact you with an updated shipping rate.

Available options include:

✔ Delivery to your closest depot for pickup - default method

Shipping & Lead Times

Important Note on Availability & Shipping

Our warehouse serves as our office and logistics centre rather than a retail showroom. Because we ship from multiple locations and manage high-turnover stock, not all items are available for immediate pickup.

Lead Times:

  • In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day.
  • Supplier-Dependent Items: Usually take 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability. Products from Adloheat may take 8–12 weeks to manufacture—they are made to order in Australia by a small business, and longer lead times reflect the care put into quality.

While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.

Biosecurity & Interstate Shipping Restrictions

Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship some products to certain states and territories:

  • Potting Mixes cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
  • Seeds cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA).

Orders placed for these items to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being ordered can lawfully be delivered to their state or territory.
