Key Features
-
Modified Sandvik 12C27M Stainless Steel: Forged from an elite Scandinavian alloy enriched with Carbon and Chromium, delivering remarkable structural purity, extreme resistance to kitchen stains or rust, and an easily maintainable edge.
-
Agile 16 cm Carving Profile: The optimized 16 cm blade length offers a highly maneuverable footprint compared to oversized carving sets, allowing for ultimate fingertip precision when working around bone joints, cartilage, and tight poultry frames.
-
High-Strength Structural Polymer Handle: Crafted from high-density engineered polymer, producing an indestructible handle that is completely immune to moisture absorption, thermal splitting, shrinking, or chemical kitchen deterioration.
-
Seamless Full-Tang Architecture: The high-purity steel blade runs continuously from the sharp tip straight through to the base of the handle, establishing an optimal low center of gravity that maximizes slicing leverage and stability.
-
Advanced Ergonomic Triangular Grip: Features an intelligently sculpted handle with a subtle triangular cross-section that fills the palm naturally, actively preventing rotational slipping when handling oily or wet proteins.

Pro Tip & Intempora Fleet Maintenance: The Intempora N°220 Carving Knife is engineered from premium materials to minimize maintenance and survive intensive kitchen workloads. Thanks to its high-purity Sandvik stainless steel blade and high-strength polymer handle, this knife offers outstanding resistance to water staining and organic food acids. To keep the fine cutting bevel factory-sharp for decades, hand washing is highly recommended. Simply wipe the blade with warm, soapy water after use using a non-scratch sponge, dry completely with a clean towel, and store safely on a magnetic wood strip or inside a slot block. Avoid cutting into bone marrow or hard plastic boards to preserve the razor-sharp precision of the carving edge!

Important Note on Availability & Shipping
Our warehouse serves as our office and logistics centre rather than a retail showroom. Because we ship from multiple locations and manage high-turnover stock, not all items are available for immediate pickup.
Lead Times:
- In-Stock Items: Usually ready for dispatch the same day.
- Supplier-Dependent Items: Usually take 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability. Products from Adloheat may take 8–12 weeks to manufacture—they are made to order in Australia by a small business, and longer lead times reflect the care put into quality.
While we strive for fast delivery, some timelines are subject to supplier availability and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we source the best quality gear for your project.
Biosecurity & Interstate Shipping Restrictions
Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship some products to certain states and territories:
- Potting Mixes cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
- Seeds cannot be shipped to Western Australia (WA).
Orders placed for these items to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being ordered can lawfully be delivered to their state or territory.
